How to Transmit Fees to Veo One Directly from BillFin

Please note you have to be a user of TD Ameritrade Institutional's Veo One platform to submit fees directly to TD rather than using downloads and uploads.
You will also need to send in a Release of Information (ROI attached here) or contact TD directly so they can set you up on their side for direct fee transmission from BillFin. They will need your Veo One user name and then they will add you to the API allowing fee submission from BillFin to TD.

After calculating your fees and exporting your invoices, you can transmit your fees to Veo One by following the steps below.
            Go to the Payments page
Select the fees you wish to transmit by checking the boxes to the left of the fees (- you can select all by checking the empy box in the column header above next to "Status")
Click on Send to Veo One
A popup box will appear to authenticate yourself as a user of Veo One
Enter your credentials and hit OK
The fees will now show as exported with time stamps in the right hand column and an additional button will show up to the right of the Send to Veo One button that says Veo One.
You now need to click on the Veo One button to go see the posted fees in Veo One and apply them.

If you don't see the "Send to Veo One" button, please follow the steps below.
            Go to the Custodians page
Click on the pencil next to edit the TD custodian (if you have 2 custodians identified as any variation of the name TD, please submit a ticket to our support team)
            A popup window will open
Make sure the Integration Provider shows "TD"
Make sure "Yes" is selected permitting fee transmission (If you don't see the transmission permission question like in the image below, please submit a ticket to our support team)
