To Start Over (Replacing manually added accounts with synced accounts or vice versa)

If you are onboarding and getting setup in BillFin and find that you want to start over, please email support@billfin.com. A main reason to start over would be when a majority of accounts are incorrectly grouped/ungrouped (under wrong clients), We can reset things for you to start clean. We suggest you do two things before resetting.


1. Go to the Clients page and click on View in Excel. This will produce a spreadsheet with the current setup that can often be used as the basis for cleanup. It can be used to upload information saving time in onboarding.
2. Go to the Reports page and run the Billing Setup report. It will have similar fields as the previous export but a few different and additional fields. It can also be used as the basis for cleanup and to upload information saving time in onboarding.
