To Establish a Datafeed from RBC to BillFin

BillFin allows you to sync in accounts and asset values directly from RBC. Users would need to retrieve the RBC Data Transmission Authorization form (RBC DTA) within RBC Nexus. After it is filled out completely, users should submit it directly to RBC (by emailing it to datatransmission@rbc.com) to establish the datafeed with BillFin. We ask that you CC BillFin support on that email or send us the same form in a separate email to support@billfin.com.

To access and submit the Data Transmission Authorization form within RBC Nexus, please follow the steps below.
  1. Authorized users need to log into RBC Nexus and select Forms located on the Top Menu bar.
  2. The data transmission form is located under the Forms category of Administration > Office Operations & Administration.
    1. Authorized Users can also favorite the form which will add the form to the user’s My Favorites section.
  3. Fill out the form completely.
