To Establish a Datafeed from Pershing to BillFin

Follow the steps below to get a data feed established from Pershing to BillFin. Please note, this process can take 5–7 business days. Pershing activates data feeds on Fridays only.


Step 1: Request to establish a data feed from Pershing to BillFin
  1. Contact support@billfin.com to receive a filled out Standard File Transmission Request Form to send to Pershing.
Step 2: Receive and Complete Standard File Transmission Request Form 
  1. When the form is sent to you from our support team, please add your contact or firm name next to the “Requestor Name” field in the same form.
Step 3: Send Form to Pershing
  1. Send email with form attached to your Pershing contact or the Pershing Data Delivery team and cc support@billfin.com.
  2. Request they establish a data feed from Pershing to "Redi2 Technologies (BillFin)"
  3. Request they send us full positional data files each day
    1. If this is not requested, they will only send us changes found in your positions which will result in missing values in BillFin.

Hi [Name],

Please find the attached Standard File Transmission Request to initiate a daily data feed to our platform, Redi2 Technologies (BillFin).

In addition, we kindly request that you configure the feed to include full positional files (GCUS) each day to ensure accurate market values are transmitted.

Once the feed is established, please reply here so that BillFin can complete setup on their end.
