Click on Invoices on the left side menu to go to the Invoices page
Click on Customize Invoice in the top right
In the slideout you can add a logo and firm address
You can add disclaimers and payment instructions in the different sections available
-Note: Be aware that the logo will automatically resize and that you should try to keep your firm address to 2 lines as the invoice is intended to fit a standard 2-window envelope. If you have a vertical logo, it will likely not appear as you would hope. You can simply open a Paint program and create a large text box with the name of your firm and save that as an image and upload that to replace the logo.
Also, the footer has a character limit of about 500 characters (around 100 words).
You can create additional templates using the instructions below.
Click on Invoices on the left side menu to go to the Invoices page
Click on Customize Invoice in the top right
In the slideout you can add a logo and firm address
Click on Add Template in the top right of the slideout window
A popup window will appear
Enter the invoice template name and click OK
Select the invoice template you wish to edit by clicking on "Default" (dropdown menu) in the green banner to the left of the Add Template button
Select the template you wish to edit before making changes
Make desired changes and Save.
If you have multiple invoice templates, clients will default to use the original "Default" template.
