How to Change the Client Invoice Type from Check to Debit

To Change the Client Invoice Type from Check to Debit:

Click on Clients on the left side menu

Click on Edit Client in the pencil menu for the client

A slideout window will appear

Click on Debit for the Payment Type

Save

Save for Current Period

 

Now you have to setup the accounts with a Payment Account from which the fee will be debited:

Click on Clients on the left side menu

Click on View Client Details in the pencil menu for the client

A slideout window will appear

Click on the pencil next to the account you want to edit in the Account section

A new slideout window will appear

Scroll down to the bottom of the new slideout and select or enter the information in the Payment Information section

Save

Save for the Current Period
