How to Assign an Ignored Account

To Assign an Ignored Account

- Click on the gear icon at the top right
- Click on Account Assignment


- Click on the Ignored tab on the left tab
- Click on the magnifying glass and type in the account number or client name
- Check the box next to the account on the left side

- Click on Existing on the right side of the screen
- Click on the magnifying glass and type in the account number or client name
- Click on the client name that appears under that search

- Click Assign

- Select if the account should be assigned for the current or next cycle

You will see a confirmation the account has been assigned
